On Saturday, June 3, 2006, McLouth, Kansas held its 15th Annual BBQ Blowout Championships. As usual, for a mere donation at the gate, the public was invited and welcomed to sample the barbecue meats from all the competitors. The judging started with sauces followed by chicken, pork ribs, port meats, beef brisket and sausages.
